- Research and strategy development were managed by the Internet and Society Reference Institute (IRIS) and the Internet Society Brazil Chapter’s Working Group on Meaningful Connectivity.
Strategy Formulation Process
- The report was developed through a participatory approach involving a multi-stakeholder alliance.
- Methodology included:
- In-depth interviews with field experts.
- Regular consultations with a prominent advisory committee.
- The National Connectivity Meeting, which gathered representatives from community networks, academia, the private sector, and civil society.
- The final document provides a synthesis and analysis of identified priorities to sustain and strengthen connectivity at the community level.
