Volunteers Unite to Protect Madagascar’s Tsarasaotra Park

Volunteer Engagement

• Despite initial doubts about local interest, a recruitment appeal drew nearly 40 volunteers, including biodiversity researchers, students, guides, and photographers.
• Active sessions involve roughly 10 volunteers who perform weeding, remove invasive plants such as water hyacinths and vines, and collect plastic litter.
